designed primarily for airports, especially those at a stage where it is useful to bring everyone involved in air service development together to develop or review current strategies and route targets. Airports may wish to include some of their key stakeholders such as those involved in tourism development.
Participants will learn how to look analytically at their market and assess where the market opportunities lie.
The main goal of the workshop is to agree a strategy and route targets. However, we recognise the workshops are also a valuable opportunity for team building, helping ensure that those involved in air service development are all working towards the same goal.
